Once a bustling industrial site, Poltesco was home to some of the Lizard's famous serpentine works. The serpentine pebbles on the beach are every shade of red, green, rust, yellow, and white, and veined like mythical reptiles. Hence the name!  These turquoise and rust colours brought Poltesco to my mind as soon as I saw them together.\n\nAll my earrings and postage materials are plastic free to be kinder to our sea life, and these earrings are made a walk away from the beautiful Helford river. \n\nThe stud fixings are gold plated surgical steel.
