Made from solid brass and matte navy blue sodalite, completed by an 18"gold plated stainless steel chain, this necklace will pair well with a huge range of colours and textures. Every stone is unique in its markings, with deeper bands and paler 'clouds and lightning strikes' across the surface.
This colourway is named 'Astrape' (pronounced As-tra-pee), after the Ancient Greek goddess of lightning who carried Zeus lightning bolts. (Model wears spotted jasper 'Atlas' colourway.) The brass is hand beaten on a series of anvils, the oldest of which is around 170 years old, giving a uniquely glittering texture like no other.
It can be left to patina naturally over time, or kept to a shimmering golden shine by buffing after wear with the free polishing cloth provided. Beautifully wrapped and ready to gift, as standard.
