'Karenza' is the Cornish (Kernewek) word for Love, and this new beaded and beaten brass range of earrings is all about loving Cornwall! All stripes and sunshine gold, they are reminiscent of ripples in the sand and sea, stripy tops and beach towels, markings in the rocks and cliffs, lighthouses, beach huts and iconic Cornish pottery.
In colours of the sea, coastal flora, beach geology and sub tropical gardens they are a little piece of wearable Summer in beautiful glass and hand beaten brass. St. Ives is one of the most well known Cornish towns, world famous for its sandy harbour and beautiful quality of light, much adored by artists for centuries.
All my earrings and postage materials are plastic free to be kinder to our sea life, and these earrings are made a walk away from the beautiful Helford river. The stud fixings are gold plated surgical steel.
