'Dulse' artisan earrings are made from solid brass in beautiful Cornwall. 'Dulse' is a flowing seaweed design which brings to mind rockpool exploration, beach finds, and the rugged Cornish coast. The collection name 'Karenza' is Kernewek (Cornish) for Love, and these have certainly stolen our hearts.
'Dulse' studs are 62 x 32mm. The brass is hand beaten on a series of anvils, including a weathered, antique anvil, which is around 175 years old, and still going very strong indeed! Our processes give a unique and shimmering texture reminiscent of ancient jewellery. We pair this artisan feel with graphic, contemporary shapes for a bold warm look, reflecting the Summer sun or bringing a golden glow to grey days.
Our beaten brass is solid and raw, and can be left to patina naturally or kept to a glittering shine using the free jewellery polishing cloth provided. Our earrings are plastic free, as are our postage materials. Our fully hypoallergenic stud fixings are gold plated surgical steel.
